1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pro Mechanic Kashi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide:

• Roadside assistance
• On-site vehicle service and repair
• Battery services
• Brake services
• Engine maintenance
• Car washing and detailing
• Commercial vehicle services

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or online form
• Cancellation must be done at least 2 hours before scheduled time
• Last-minute cancellations may incur charges
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Labor charges are separate from parts costs
• Final pricing depends on vehicle model and service required
• Payment accepted: Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit cards
• Payment is due upon service completion

5. Service Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship. If a service issue occurs due to our work within the warranty period, we will fix it free of charge. Parts warranty is subject to manufacturer terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pro Mechanic Kashi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the service charges paid.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
• Ensure safe access to vehicle for service
• Be present during service or authorize access
• Make payment as agreed

8. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24×7. Additional charges may apply for night services (10 PM - 6 AM). Response time may vary based on location and traffic conditions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
